The bike has a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. If a covered fault occurs within 6 months of purchase, we’ll provide a repair or replacement at no extra cost. The battery has a 12-month warranty.

Damage caused by misuse, tampering or unauthorised modifications voids the warranty.

How to apply

Select your preferred finance provider at checkout. Zopa and Snap start with a soft search, which does not affect your credit score. Once you are approved, we reserve your bike and get it ready for dispatch.

If one lender declines you, do not reapply to the same provider. Choose a different option at checkout – Snap is set up to consider customers other lenders may not approve.
