Please ensure when your quad bike is ready to go, you understand how to use it correctly. If you are too eager to jump on and ride your quad bike without adequate protection, such as helmets, gloves, visors and even riding suits, it may lead to an incident.
So, take your time. Please read the user’s manual and how everything works. If you are completely new to riding bikes, please take time reading the manual - this can prevent an incident and breakages of components on your bike. This will also give you a good basic understanding of maintaining your quad bike going forward.
Start to Ride Your Bike
Don’t run your bike in an enclosed area. Exhaust emissions are poisonous and can lead to death.
Once you have charged the battery and put the correct amount of petrol in, with the recommended oil mix for your bike from the instructions, you are then ready to start the bike.
a) Place the bike on an even level surface
b) Put the ignition key into the bike on turn to ON
c) Extend the choke lever
d) Hold the brake lever and press the start button, to start the engine and pressing the throttle gently.
e) When the engine seems to be running smoothly, close the choke
If you have a speed restrictor on your bike this is a good time to restrict the bike and then take you first ride.
Be careful and stay safe, always remember to wear your protective gear and above all, have fun!
